Spring Break Practice

Don't lose what you've worked so hard to build so far this season! Spring Break practices are not required, but we strongly encourage everyone to attend if you are in town. Please workout at least five times during the break. No matter where you are, you can workout!

Practices will be held at NNHS Monday, Wednesday & Friday
5:00-6:30pm

If you can't attend, here are some ideas you can do at home everyday!
--Jogging outside or on a treadmill
--Find a good hill and run it a few times (Hallbrooke has a good one!)
--Warm up drills (high knees, butt kicks, bounds, etc)
--Intervals of sprinting for 1 minute, jogging for 2 minutes (5-10 reps)
--Core workout (sit-ups, V-ups, plank, side plank, floppy fish, leg raises, etc)
--Form strides and buildups
--Cross training--play soccer, basketball or football. Ride a bike or go swimming.
--ANYTHING TO STAY ACTIVE DURING THE BREAK
