Conference SATURDAY at Moore

Conference is this Saturday at Moore High.  We will be  meeting at Longfellow at 7:45 in the morning to head up as a team. Meet starts at 9:30 and ends when it's over, but shouldn't be too late. 

There will be NO PRACTICE on Friday. Go home and use this time to rest and prepare for your biggest meet of the season. Eat a good dinner, lots of good carbs, and get a good long night's sleep . Pack your bag Friday so you don't forget anything....Shoes, Clothes, Food, Drinks, Blanket, etc.  It's supposed to be sunny and 70 so that means it will be chilly in the morning. Don't forget sweats over your uniform to stay warm,  don't even think about showing up with only your uniform on!

Track Party

Mark your calendars! The TRACK PARTY will be Saturday, April 28th 6:00-8:00pm at Coach Balkman's 3403 36th Ave NE. We'll celebrate a great season together as a team while we bbq hot dogs, relive the memories and have our annual water fight. Please bring sides or desserts, hot dogs and drinks will be provided. If you are interested in making a donation to help cover the cost of the party, please give it to Coach Balkman at practice. Bring your own water guns, buckets, towel, etc and come prepared to get wet!

Saturday at Moore High School

Saturday at Moore High School 300 N Eastern, Moore, OK 73160.  We will meet at Longfellow at 7:45 in the morning for the bus. Please remember to bring FOOD and DRINKS. Staying hydrated is one of the most important things you can do, start today by drinking plenty of water. Also, bring healthy food and snacks to keep your energy up! Also, remember SWEATS or EXTRA CLOTHES...I don't want to see anyone show up in their uniform without sweats over it! It will be chilly in the morning and there is a chance of rain starting around noon, so be prepared! Extra things you may want: a blanket to stay warm or take a quick rest with between events is always great and music to motivate yourself is a fun way to pass the time.

Eat your pasta, drink plenty of fluids and get a good night's rest.  See you in the morning!

Thursday at Yukon Middle School

Tomorrow's meet will be at Yukon Middle School (not the high school--see address in  post below). All athletes will be going.  Busses leave the school at 7:45 am on Thursday morning so please be on time! Don't forget to wear your uniforms, bring extra clothes for the chilly morning, bring FOOD AND WATER, sunscreen and anything else you might need.  The meet starts at 9:30 and should be over by 4:00 or 5:00, but there is really no way for us to  know specifically when it will finish.
